The hydrodynamic regime of charge transport has been recently realized in high-quality conductors. In the as well Ohmic regimes main part Hall resistance a long sample is determined by balance between Lorentz force and electric force, acting on conduction electrons. Experimentally observed deviations samples from such ''standard'' value are usually associated with viscosity term Navier-Stokes equation. this work we theoretically study effect Poiseuille flow two-dimensional electron fluid. We show that near-edge semiballistic layers width order inter-particle mean free path, which inevitably appear near edges, give contribution to comparable bulk viscosity. way, measured one usual contact techniques should be both effects
